Newborn Session Guide

Congratulations! It goes without saying that those first few days with your newborn baby is a special time in one's life.

It's exhilarating and exhausting.

Which is why I like to keep my newborn photography sessions SIMPLE.

My lifestyle newborn sessions are perfect if you want to capture the more intimate moments where everyone is connected.

I take my time to document the baby by him or herself as well as plenty of candid images of the whole family.

I want to capture YOU and the things that make up this season of your life.

These sessions typically last 2 hours and are not intended for the family that needs a quick refresh or a few updated shots for their holiday card.

After the session, I won't leave you with a thumb drive of images that's sure to get lost or gather dust. I walk you through how to turn your images into beautiful finished products that can hang on your walls or sit on your coffee table.

How it works

Once you reach out, you’ll be able to choose a date on my calendar that works best around your baby’s arrival. The best time for newborn photos is within the first three weeks, when babies are sleepiest and most curled up — but if your baby is a little older, that’s perfectly fine too! I’ll email you all the details to help you feel prepared.
On the day of your session, I’ll come to your home and guide you through a relaxed, natural experience, focusing on connection and the little moments that make this time so special.
After the session, I'll send over your final invoice.
You’ll receive an online gallery where you can download your images and order high-quality prints, making it easy to preserve these memories forever.

When will we get our photos?

I'll be in touch 2 weeks after our session with a link to your custom online slideshow + gallery link.

how many images do we get?

You'll receive a minimum of 75 images to download inside your online gallery.

What is print credit and how does it work?

Print credit works like a gift card that can be spent in your online store. It's good towards any product. It's my hope that you'll use every dollar to build your own set of prints and products that suit your needs. Your print credit remains active for 3 months after your session.

what if I have to cancel my session?

Session fees are non-refundable but I will work with you to get your family rescheduled within the calendar year.
